Tutu dress features yards and yards of light blue and turquoise tulle on a light blue stretch crochet bodice. Turquoise ribbon accent laces down bodice back for a corset look, tying at waistline. Simply untie when getting dressed and tie to your desired tightness. Additional sheer turquoise ribbon around waist also tying in the back. Tutu dress includes parasol and white feather fan.

After Halloween dress can be worn for dress up fun.
