Store Policies

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the items placed in your cart. Our primary shipping provider is USPS®. At times we will use FedEx® upon request. Available USPS® shipping options will be provided to you during the checkout process. Handling fees are added in to your shipping charge.

Please note shipping times will vary depending on the method you select during checkout. Priority shipping is an estimation of 3 - 5 days for delivery. This is not a guaranteed delivery time. If you are in need of guaranteed delivery you will need to contact us for expedited shipping options. At times the weather will cause a delay in getting your packages.

CUSTOMS

Some countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Tiffany Brooks Designs does not cover these costs. Please do not ask us to falsify any information on the customs forms. 

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal is our preferred payment processor due to their security and ease of use. PayPal uses the latest in data encryption and anti-fraud technology to keep your information secure, reducing the risk of online fraud. US currency only.

IN STOCK ITEMS

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for order processing. Most items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be recreated. Once many of these items are gone they will not be back in stock. Order early to ensure arrival before the holidays! 

ORDER STATUS

To check the status of your order, e-mail us at tiffanybrooksdesigns@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number with your inquiry.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

No cancellations or order changes will be accepted once you have placed your order.

CUSTOM ORDERS

If you are interested in an item that does not list your size or style, you can place a custom order request. 

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Complete measurements and item details are included in item descriptions to assist you with the ordering process.

Tiffany Brooks Designs understands your concerns about privacy. We will not sell, give or trade email addresses or personal information to any third party. The information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, account numbers, billing and shipping address, e-mail address, and other bankcard information. If you supply us with personal information on this web site, it is only used to fill and process you order, to contact you if we have any questions regarding your order, or to send email with special offers.
